
Rachael Leigh (born on October 4, 1979 (1]), is an American model, actress and singer. She has starred in the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (1999), and Josie and the Pussycats (2001) and also in the television series Into the West and Perception. She is also the voice for various characters from Robot Chicken and Tifa Lockhart in the Final Fantasy series, starting with the English version of the film Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children.Rachael Leigh Cook was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a social worker and stand-up comedian as well as JoAnn, a cooking instructor and weaver. The actress is half-Italian. Cook made her debut for the first time in a public service ad for foster care when she was seven years old. She started her career as an unassuming child model at the age of 10, and was featured in national advertisements for Target and on Milk-Bone dog biscuit boxes. She attended Clara Barton Open School in Clara Barton, Laurel Springs School and Minneapolis South High School.
