Ziegler obtained a BFA in Film Production at Chapman University and was selected to be a part-time intern at the William Morris Agency at the Cannes Film Festival. Ziegler is from Costa Rica. Hawthorn University is an internationally recognized university where she obtained her MS in Nutrition and Fitness Education and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certifications through the International Sports Science Association. Ziegler was active in Breast Cancer walks and served as counsellor to children at Camp Del Corazon. The charity is committed to helping children suffering from heart diseases. Ziegler continues to regularly give blood and platelets to Children's Hospital. A bodybuilder and actress on TV, she's appeared on Bones Castle Cold Case Hawaii Five-0. Dymatize became her partner in the year 2015.
